Ryan was supposed to leave for NTC (National Training Center) in Irvine, CA the week of the 17th/18th. Well, they called and moved it to today. They gave him Tues and Wed off, which was nice since my day off is Wed. On Wed, he received 4-5 calls from the military. First, they didn't have time to leave for Thurs so to assume he was leaving Saturday. Then, they called and said they were leaving midnight Thurs. Then, they called and said they were leaving 1130 Wed Night. THEN, they called and said he'd have to filll out paperwork for his car and to store his TV before 5. This was around 430 and he was with me (45 min away).
What a mess!! Anyway, I hung out with him till the very last minute until he had to leave. He had to be there @ 1130pm, but didn't even leave until 930 am. CRAZINESS!!
Anyway, he's exhausted and so am I. *sigh*
