Memorial Weekend in Victoria, BC

Ryan and I decided to visit Paul and Jen in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada as they had baby Liam a few months ago. We drove around the hood canal since the bridge was out, but it took 5 hours because of crazy traffic...

Hood Canal

The Olympics from the Ferry

Fountain near City Hall in Victoria

Views of the harbor: there was a sailboat race going on, so we got to see some interesting sails.

You can see a little harbor ferry out there

Notice the mountains in the background

You can see a few ferries in front of the hotels near the waterfront

We discovered a new part of Victoria we hadn't yet explored:

I love that shirt - brings out his gorgeous eyes

a really tall Totem Pole

There's my sexy man!!

It's an Ice Cream Float - literally
It's a house boat that sells ice cream :)

Baby Liam

There were some seals in the harbor and you could buy food to feed them ;)

The breakwater - I didn't have the guts to walk on it - no rails!! It was freaking me out!!

The end of the breakwater- Ryan made it!!

Sunset

We saw these estruariums on Dirty Jobs!!
